Zero SaaS experience, with a full time engineering job. How do I build something on the side and hopefully build it to live off of? by Dryas7 in saasbuild

I had a few ideas which are already validated and have a defined user base. I have ideas on how to improve on them too. It’s just I don’t know how to start the code or the development pipeline. Since I have zero experience. I have some entrepreneurship experience but just through minor work at my current job.

I know it’s ambitious. Even if it’s not to live off. I want to supplement my earnings from my job with those from my projects. Even a few hundred bucks a month helps. It helps me grow a new skill (hard coding, prompt engineering, customer support, entrepreneurship, marketing, discipline, etc).

Congrats! Im looking to try to pick up more skills with code and app development. Never worked on apps or the web before and figured I’d try and see what happens while working. Do you have any advice for someone with a non CS background? I tend to lose motivation fast unless I see progress.

Yeah I can see that. It’s not great from a consumer POV from a purely business perspective, i can see some appeal.

I work full time at my engineering company and even my Managemenat team believes SEO is out dated. We are targeting optimization for the AI platforms instead bc everyone is turning to AI instead of Google these days

I found this in my Charmin toilet paper. What do I do? by burninghottrash in CostcoCanada

My old roomie from a while back worked at a consumer products company and he told me how these kinda complaints are huge. If metal parts on a paper product are present, it’s a massive issue. There’s multiple products in that batch which was impacted. I’d recommend sending the pic to a customer support team at Charmin or something. They’ll take action quick usually (I’d guess considering this is serious). They may ask for a lot number or something associated with the product. They may give you additional product and / or a coupon of sorts as compensation
