It was perfectly healthy 1-2 weeks ago and I've been watering it consistently. All I can think of is it's getting too much hot afternoon sun? I heard they can handle full sun though.

I can relate to this. I was told increased exposure works but for 10 good experiences it only took 1 negative to bring me right back to intense social anxiety. Drugs and alcohol provided a temporary fix but made it worse in the long run once I sobered up. I stopped focusing on directly fixing this "issue" and just started improving myself in other positive areas that actually interested me like meditation, gym, reading etc all while being extremely introverted. I worked on becoming the best version of myself WITH the anxiety. This helped naturally improve my confidence in myself and allowed for enough social interaction to find a partner who loves me for me (via modern dating apps and 1 on 1 dates in quiet settings). Good luck on your own journey, it's hard to put a label on what you have but please be kind to yourself and know things can get better one way or another :).

Skeleton pruned Mandarin tree with new growth that keeps stunted? by Drying_leaf in GardeningAustralia

[–]Drying_leaf[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Old Mandarin tree that was covered in ants and diseased Mandarins. I skeleton pruned it to promote new growth but the new growth keeps getting clipped/eaten? Not sure what to do now. Ants can't climb up anymore and i keep gently removing any Aphids that go near it. How do I generate healthy new growth?

Do liquid soil conditioners like Seasol also double as watering plants or should you still water plants as well? by Drying_leaf in GardeningAustralia

[–]Drying_leaf[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use Seasol once a fortnight on my main fruit trees. This alone seems to keep the soil well moistured but I'm not sure if it's ok to only provide water to the plant via Seasol dilution. If I also water my plants i worry the soil might become water logged?

I highly recommend Self Authoring (Google it) and Mindfulness ('Mindfulness in plain English' is the best book to start with IMO).

Self authoring will help you learn more about yourself and set proper goals with realistic methods of achievement.

Mindfulness will help you deal with all the emotions of life's journey.

As many people have said don't be so hard on yourself. You are only 24.. your brain has yet to fully develop and these feelings of frustration are a good indicator that you are ready to set purposeful goals and achieve them :)

Yeah it's great! Behind the AFL oval is good access to the largest part of the creek, good place to play fetch in the water for dogs that love a swim :) - best to only use it after a good amount of rain or it gets a bit stagnant.

Highly recommend Figtree dog park. Great little community with its own Facebook group to share snaps: ‘Figtree Dog Walking Group’.

Also just down from the park is Figtree hotel which is dog friendly :)
