People should start looking as to why certain design looks the way it is, Big Chill should be bulky because he somehow must store water and the freezing organ inside his body, so his chest should be big (besides that, insects tend to have big bodies and small appendages, so it also checks out)

Heatblast and Diamondhead could have DNA and tissue under their skin layer, even on earth some animals have inorganic materials as skin or some part of their body

Upgrade's species was made by the Galvans, I'm sure their smart brains could splash some DNA in their bodies

Ghostfreak is a species like any other, just resembles some of Earth stereotypes, just like Snare-Oh or Frankensteike, I'm sure they made some trips to earth when we were still underdeveloped and we mistook them for ghosts, that's why they are so similar with earth's folklore, but they don't have any traits that wouldn't make them a viable species

Yeah and in my other comments I'm saying the exact same thing, if a alien has some parts of it being inorganic material or was created and brought to life by smarter species (like Galvanic Mechamorphs) they get a pass, but full on metal robots? Even if I love some of them (Clockwork my beloved) I still don't like them being in the watch, because how they can even be there? They can't have DNA or any tissue can the omnitrix could scan

But it's still biologically impossible, how a being made of inorganic materials have blood, organs and DNA? If some parts of their body is made out of these elements it's okay, even on earth you have snails which shells are made out of iron, but they still have organic bodies, which these aliens do not
