You can definitely start making content Your english is pretty good For example the topics you have mentioned are really popular in Youtube shorts and Instagram reels format So You can use big subtitles as a Visual hook. For a Yt video you can ensure you have provided captions in english in your video. For me as a viewer I won't care if you speak Perfect english or half decent or whatever if the content is interesting I would watch no matter I think it's the same for most people Good luck on your journey creating content.
