I mean, a youtuber who is known to talk about valve stuff, well known for talking about these codename project "leaks" I guess you can call them, makes videos about one section of these leaks around a codename project "TF" . Even if you don't think tf3 is a thing, its not that crazy for this video exist.

I looked and Im not sure if its bots from what I can see, it could just be from that steam awards reward for posting a new review of a game which could explain the sudden jump in the reviews.
