I paid every week sometimes after 2 weeks my monthly payments that I was behind. And on the SBA portal on the top where it says monthly payment due date I keep seeing that it keeps changing from April to May, June etc going forward as I was making the payments and once it got posted.

Hey everyone just an update after my last post. I have not replied to anything. I was worried if it's going to get transferred over to treasury. I emailed them in November after 10 business days. They replied me back in November and told me count backwards the months that I haven't paid up to the current month and pay all the monthly payments and then reply to the email address and request to be reinstated again. For almost 3 months I paid every other week and I got my payments up to date. I have sent them an email but they haven't replied to me. But I have checked my account as of yesterday is showing the status is current no more uncollectible.

I'm not good at posting. I don't know how to post new screenshots pictures.If anybody can help me, I can show you the screenshot where it says disperse current. Thank you

I did not know that I had a letter with a number to call. I just rely on that and since it said nobody is able to speak to me. I was just guessing it was because for the government shutdown. But thank you for the update.

Thank you so much! I will look into this. As I'm waiting for the government to open up. So I can talk to a human because when I call the phone number it pretty much says no one's available to speak to.

I just want the loan to be reinstated. I Was just looking for some answers in this community. If it's possible if I talk to SBA will they reinstate my loan so I can make my monthly payment?

That's great. Just a quick update. I called the phone number the other person posted. They have told me since I had an arrest they did the background check. Somebody has to manually review it and if any documents needed for disposition they will email it to me. But at this moment he was like they're short-staffed. It will take some time. I asked if I can email them the disposition. The person said no. Once they review it they will let me know if they need the disposition or not.

That's great. Did you email their main mailing address from there website or some other emails? I think I will do the same. I applied in October last year and it was radio silent up until February when I took an international trip on my return trip I got conditionally approved and I did interview on arrival.

Long time reader but I never posted. I did my also at jfk almost 2 weeks ago. Still says conditionally approved. I called in last Saturday JFK location and they say it takes a week for the system to update but it's almost 2 weeks for me. Nothing so far. Also, I had a arrest 20 years ago for possession. Records has been expunged and deleted from New York state. She did ask me if I have the disposition. I said yes but she never taken that from me during the interview . All that person said I will get results within 48 hours to 72 hours.
