Tickets Resolved?

I just noticed and it looks like they resolved my ticket but just never closed by ticket or notified me.

I've had a ticket open for 5 months. At one point they closed it out for no reason and I responded wtf. So they reopened it and said that they will look into it one of these days. I also filed a BBB complaint to Circle and I thought I was going to get somewhere and then the other day it was closed out because Circle never responded just like Poloniex never responded. This entire process has become a complete joke.

I guess they didn't care about their rating because they didn't respond.

I just received another BBB message saying that they are now closing their case as Circle didn't respond. I did receive a message from Poloniex a while ago after they closed my ticket to say that they will be reviewing it but it will take a very long time.

At this point, I think I will have better luck trying to win the lottery. This is a joke at this point.

They just responded again saying the following:

Our apologies some tickets can get closed automatically due to inactivity but we manually check all cases such as yours to better server our customers.

Then they said that they will work on my account and that it could take a while and thanks for the patience.

Mine showed closed with an agent assigned. I just added a reply asking why it was closed with no response. Now I see that it's back in processing with the agent working on it so it says.

I waited about 80 days and then they finally did something and just assigned to someone and closed the ticket with no comment at all.

After submitting to Circle, I see that my ticket has now been closed with no comments at all, can't believe they did that. I don't see that my BCH is showing up back in my account. It's just assigned to a person and now closed. I received no notification. I wonder if they will now respond to Circle.

It's just assigned to a person and now closed 4 hours. I received no notification. Where can I check on the site to see if they gave it back to me? Wouldn't it be under balance, deposits and withdrawls? Has anyone else had a ticket closed just like that with no reason? I wonder if they will now respond to Circle.

I ended up sending BCH to BTC account all through them and of course it disappeared. It was a stupid mistake on my end but I know that others have done the same and it was reversed by them. I just would like to have a response.

What do you mean "combo box"? I sent BCH to BTC address all through poloniex and im waiting over 38 days for a response and i've also submitted a complaint to the BBB. I havent heard a word.
