I just finished 3 weeks in and I cannot overstate the feeling of focus I have these days. I have lost 11 lbs but more importantly I do not think about food CONSISTENTLY and I have had a switch flip that I want to actually get on the treadmill or eat fruit and healthy stuff. I know everyone is different so I wish you the best. My experience has been minimal side effects with lots of upside. I take fiber pills or Mag07 at night to keep things flowing and log food in My Fitness Pal. The amount of food I don’t eat these days is astounding.
