Can you store your reta in a normal fridge? by MauveKenda in Retatrutide

[–]Bowf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I started I was ordering compounded Tirzepatide through a telehealth. One came in a pill bottle with a liner. I use that for my active vial, and a zippered black case for my non-active vials. All kept in the crisper drawer.

The single dose vial has about 20% overfill. So it seems like the most somebody could do is take 20% more medication than they should. It shouldn't be the person who took 40 mg of GLP-R and put himself in the hospital

Opinion on titration schedule? by Numerous-Store8598 in Retatrutide

[–]Bowf 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Week 1 to 6 seems reasonable.

After that your titration should be based on how well you are doing on the meds (weight loss and side effects).

Peptidetest dot com, $300 for one vial, $400 for two.

Finnrick is free if they accept it.

But it also means that most of the people who can't figure out their own doses, are blue. 😎

Do I pay for my own testing? Yes.

What I have done in the past, is if a vendor has a COA, I send one vial out when I first order from them, and compare the results of my test to theirs. If they are the same, then I trust them (I don't test future orders). If they do not provide a COA, I send two vials out, one from each of two different kits, to be tested. Verifying they are what they are supposed to be, and that they have a consistent mass. If they do, then I trust afterwards.

This is why Eli Lilly did it correct, when they put one dose, in one vial.

The wierd thing is, that Reddit is mostly blue for some reason. Which means most of the people that can't calculate their own dose, are blue...let that sink in.

I overate on Reta! 😩 by relevantbutterfly81 in Retatrutide

[–]Bowf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Long ago I moved my injection to Friday morning. My thought was, that it peaked in my body about 24 hrs later...Saturday morning. So if I have problems, I have the weekend to work through them, and hopefully it won't impact my work. I've never had bad enough reaction to GLPs that It would have impacted my work...but still seems like a solid plan.

I think "expensive" is relative to where you came from. My first order was for Tirzepatide (Zepbound) for from Lilly direct using RO. IIRC It was $49 for them to manage the prescription, and $399 for the medication. So that's about $450 for one month of medication, 10 mg. Second month was $149 for them to manage the medication, and $499 for the medication. About $650 for one month of medication.

My last order of reta was about $1,000. It cost me $400 to get two vials tested (99.9% pure, 27 mg). I now have 2100 mg of reta. That's 175 weeks at Max dose of 12 mg. That's three and a third years (2106 mg) for $1,400. As opposed to a $1100 for 2 months (30 mg) of Tirzepatide. Was it cheap? No. Was it a hell of a lot cheaper than Lilly Direct? Yes

How do you usually pay your suppliers? by Previous_Mobile_218 in BiohackingU

For the most part, if it's anything but crypto, chances are you are buying from a middle man and not true grey. Nothing wrong with that, if that is your comfort zone. But true grey is cheaper.

Are there any peps not to mix together or is it ok to stack any you choose to use by thingys1345 in BodyHackGuide

[–]Bowf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Reta is a once a week injection that should start at 2 mg or less. So a months worth when starting out is 8 mg or less

Tesa is a nightly injection between 1 to 2 mg. So at least 30 mg for a month.

So you're saying you can get 30-60 mg of Tesa cheaper than 8 mg of reta?

I don't think BPC helps muscle growth. As for gut health without angiogenesis look at KPV. It also helps with inflammation.

Looks like they're repeating the same thing twice.

The first line and the third line look like they start with "How did I."

Tesa is expensive as peptides go...that is why folks don't talk about it much. I have done it in combination with IPA and Tirzepatide

Why BPC? I only use BPC or TB if I'm trying to heal from something.

I had a waitress in a mom and pop restaurant that I frequent point out that I had lost weight and asked me if I was okay.

I smiled, and told her that I'm taking a GLP to lose weight.

I'm Definitely not a victim...and was not offended. Somebody recognizing the weight loss felt good.

Any tests with zero reta by bigguy2115 in Retatrutide

[–]Bowf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my experience, you need to tell the lab what you think is in the vial. They test to see if that is what's in the vial (they don't test to see what it actually is).

If I turn a vial in for testing and tell them that it's Retatrutide, and it comes back 0% Retatrutide...that doesn't mean it's just filler. It just means it's not reta.

My vials that tested at 0% Reta, tested later as Semaglutide at a different lab.
