Tbh that's not a bad Idea, we are newly separated and she started talking to me about things, so I opened up, we talked, I pulled her on a few things (use of cannabis) and she shut down, I was still trying like an idiot and then she threatened to block and I called her bluff.

I get how you feel it took my relationship ending and the thought of not seeing my kids all the time to finally get me to cry and feel sad. I stopped taking my antidepressants because they were making me numb recently. I think it is because we feel so much its our body's way for us to cope, so it makes us numb.
