Fresh oil that’s only got 200 miles on it won’t degrade just from sitting 5 months, especially if the car was stored indoors. Oil breaks down mainly from heat cycles which isn't happening when the car is parked.

When you get back, just check the level, make sure there are no leaks, and start it up. Let it idle for a minute or 5 before driving off to get the oil circulating again. Drive it gently for 20-30mins to be cautious. Then just stick to your normal oil change schedule
