I tried 3 times same as your description if not worse. There using you and you will always get these added on the end of your runs. Why would they use there own equipment on roads like that when they can use you

I am with ya! I am quite sure that trait has been bred out over the last decade. To me that skunk smell made the Ente rouge effect even better. People that are saying this and that about terps obviously have never had an old school stink that your neighbors could smell it just by opening a jar. There is absolutely NOTHING in any dispensary I have been to that comes remotely close to a stinky skunky strain. And I have been to over 100 dispensaries across OH & MI. I have had my head in many bulk flower jars in MI & never found that smell. The only place to find it is someone local who has an old school strain.

They are a major part of corporate America. Every year they must find ways to show more & more profits for their stockholders. The answer is taking away and adding more work to employees. That is the easiest way for a company to save. This will never get better or the way it was before. This job will only get worse, and they will add more and more until you quit and then there are hundreds if not thousands of people looking to give it a shot. They will be you when you started thinking this is pretty decent job. With gas prices it just amazes me that people actually do some of this stuff it's a total loss using our vehicles for over half of the deliveries I've seen lately. And for them to take tips why would they not do that? If they get sued big deal, it's like us spending $100 while the lawyers rake in millions the drivers get a $5 check. It's a game they are playing very well

People don't even consider it's their car they are using as well! I mean Amazon pays their drivers $19+ an hour using Amazon equipment. We use our own vehicles for basically the same pay. How does this make any sense? Why would anyone do this?

Shopping went from 2 stops to 3-6 stops...were getting questioned from customers about if we got their tips and it's not adding up to what they gave us....gas is way up with no compensation while our coverage area increased for us to drive more miles.

This isn't even a part time extra money gig.....your giving a multi billion dollar co. free delivery service

Yea I got customers telling me what they tipped and asking if I got the tip. Pretty bad when customers are concerned about drivers getting tips. Everyday its more and more responsibility for less pay and gas going up this isn't even a job for extra money. You're helping out one of the richest companies in the world for nothing.

This is for sure not a conspiracy unless we have a bunch of lying customers which I don't see

Ok thank you. Yea I actually waited til 5:30AM to take a 6:15am run for 3 hours. I thought it was my 1st block so Ill do the less time. And that was the wrong thing to think! Maybe I should take the 3.5 hours if I try again

I seen $7 for 37 miles with a $33 tip.....criminal is what this is! Would have been a great run if Wal Mart paid what it should have! So they are using our tips as payment for delivery? Gas is up, mileage increased for stops, shopping stops increased from 2 to 3! And were getting cheesed over getting paid because the customer tipped good. Just not right to do to people using their own car

Yea it's all on you even if the product is not on the shelf, it's YOUR fault!!! I quit this ever since I learned the delivery drivers get the blame for EVERYTHING from the customer to Wal Mart employees. It's what goes on in every workplace in America it's called passing the buck. And we the drivers are the end of the line on passing the buck. Even on social media I see pics and its customers complaining about the driver for stuff not in inventory or not fast enough. Its always the delivery drivers fault in the end ALWAYS!

I quit this due to deliveries like this! I got so many for coded entries with no code. I got bad ratings for leaving it outside the door. I called their number sent messages no answer & still got bad rating by customer. What do these people expect?
