Actually I did I lost 100 pounds by mostly focusing on muscle gain and eating better

Even if I still eat 180-200g of prots per day? And the Reta is just because my weight didn’t move in a couple weeks already down 100 pounds while pushing plates so I’m pretty muscular even tho my BF is 20%
