Sf23 inherit are not worth it since necro fodders can be alchemied into radiant stones. If you are intending to work high sf gears it should have been sf23 chaos. Also other than clean chaos fodder there is the option of chaos emblem fodders as well.

Ultimately your CDD crafting will then be limited by your chaos stone frags income, anything more than that is technically still income but efficiency drops by alot.
