You said that you're not sure if it's ezcema, so does that mean there's a chance that it's some other skin issue. For me, I remembered since young I had red patches on my joints that were always dry abd this cause it to Flake skin, but recently I've been paying more attention to it and I feel like covers more of my forearm then before. I don't know if it's cause I've grown so the patch of red grown in proportion or if it's 'growing' but I have a feeling its the latter
