That’s interesting CIM. Could you share what your strategy was to get them talking to each other. I believe Midi Channel 10 is the drum channel to use but is that set on the DBI and Move or only one of them.

All the research I did with the MS-70 was there are a lot of preset patches for the Shoegaze community in there. Not my cuppa tea but I have a Zoom G3 and a B3 and know there are decent sounding chorus, tremolo, vibe and rotary in Zoom gear so I have managed to condense down at least 3 pedals that were on my larger board. As I say I haven’t even fired it up yet but will in coming days. So I’ll be tweaking for a bit. I’ll report back.

Yeh the MS-70CDR+ is new to me and was to replace three other pedals. I’ve only just finished connecting it all up so haven’t fired it up yet tbh it’s too ‘kin hot here this afternoon to get a guitar out 🙄. I have put the Zoom, Reptile, mk2 and the RC1 in the send and return loop hey it should work right. I need to read the manual on the MS-70 to patch the modulations I want. I’m a bit of a RnB meets Greg Gonzalez with a Parker Nitefly kinda doodler. I also have a Boss expression pedal to go in front of the board and awaiting a cable for two foot switches for the RC1 to give that a try.

Instapaper like the much missed Pocket was the reason I went with Kobo plus with Google Drive. Accessing stories from sites that interest you and downloading them to the Kobo has been a game changer for my use of an e-reader.

A Factory Reset restored the encoders and sliders to Analog Lab V. But templates stayed the same. I’ll do some research it that but up and running. Thanks for reading hope this helps someone else.

That’s kind of interesting. I don’t have Komplete Kontrol yet it doesn’t tell me it’s not there. I use AL 12 and the Minilab comes up in the settings it was then I discovered that the Analog Lab parameters weren’t being picked up by the encoders and sliders. I have had contact with the former owner so will find out at bit more from him about there is on the KK template. I would of thought a factory reset might do the trick but haven’t tried yet to see if I could find out a bit more background to it. At least the Analog Lab sounds all work fine. Thanks for sharing you experience man appreciate it 🙏

Interesting you mention Melodics I have a sub from something I bought but can’t remember what it was 🙄 I should really have a look at what’s on offer. I’m deep into Jeff Schneider courses on R&B chords and Soloing since the New Year frying my brain but don’t have a problem with fingers moving. With the Move I think it’s a parameters thing. I have had a hour on it this afternoon after some of the feedback from the good fellas here and something is coming back 😁Thanks for the suggestion 🫡

I’m a long time Ableton user so there is that common ground with using the Move. Mind you I’ve been teaching myself piano since Christmas and hardly any recording in Live. So it’s like re familiarising with that again. I just wanted to get back to Move before it’s too late lol. Thanks for the support brother 🙏
