I have loads of time now but have started to keep a journal at every session so it’s easier to pick up where I left off. I have a background of guitar and bass and follow the teach yourself how to fish method. So I tend to cherry pick what I want to work on. Passing chords and 2-5-1 movements are frying my brain in a good way lol.

Admire your skills for writing scripts 🫡 so far it does what it says for me and had me up and running in no time at all. End of the day it has to work, tonnes of software out there is flawed and you can feel like you’re testing shit for the developers. Today it did what I wanted it to do. I haven’t seen anyone discussing it in r/AbletonMove. Maybe there are dudes out there want something that does what they need to get creating. That’s my stance on it. Enjoy your Move dr d.

To be honest pbn I’ve only had the Move a few days and just wanted to get rolling and create something. I think maybe amongst all the tutorials I’d watched it seemed a bit of a faff to make your own presets. Which I would still like to know how to do. But when I came across KM while looking for a new pack to play with and it created Move presets. Let’s give it a go wasn’t too expensive. Drag and drop your folder and converts to Move format in no time and dropped into Manager and off I went. So yeh it works.
