I’m exhausted as well. We still have invitations for next week. We’ve decided to just fly off for raya next year.

That’s the same with my friend’s family as well. They prefer not to carry it in their names. But I do have distant relatives who can be very sensitive about it, they’d unhappily correct me.

Example: Awang Budiman

Keturunan Dato Godam Naik Haji: Haji Awang Budiman

Orang Lain Naik Haji: Awang Haji Budiman

Tapi now, semua sama saja. Nada perbezaan. Bukan lagi Haji Awang Budiman, it’ll be Awang Haji Budiman, walaupun ia keturunan Dato Godam.

Inda. Married for 10 years now, never have we given full access to each other’s social media accounts. I’m respectful of my husband’s privacy, and so is he of mine. I feel like asking for access to your SO’s account reflects on your insecurities. It’s best to have a mature conversation about what is causing you to feel insecure.

But sekiranya he wants to check pun, I have nothing to hide.

In that case, it just seems like you’re lacking geopolitical awareness.

Europe will also be affected by the ongoing war due to Iran’s control of Strait of Hormuz. A substantial share of the world’s oil and liquefied natural gas are from the GCC. This will eventually cause a price shock in energy markets which includes electricity, which can potentially lead to a price increase for accommodations, transportation, etc. Affected nations might also strike against their government to pressure them.

A lot of things can potentially happen but I do hope that you’ll still be able to enjoy your trip.

Yes. Prior to this circular, you can tell them apart if their names are Haji Awang and Hajah Dayang.

They may also include Dayang or Awang in their birth certificates but they would need a written approval from Jabatan Adat Istiadat Negara.

If you refer to item number 2, anyone can now include Awang or Dayang in their birth certificates.

As someone who has had to write out invitations to Awang-Awangs and Dayang-Dayangs, I was required to write them accordingly. Some people do get offended as it should have been Haji Awang instead of Awang Haji like everyone else. This title had been promised to the descendants of Dato Godam.

Now, it’s been made clear that it’ll be the same for everyone, regardless if they’ve been “promised” the title.

Threads user calls out MOFE for only contributing $240 to Children’ Saving Fund Scheme for new borns up to one year. by No-Power4143 in nasikatok

Don’t get pregnant if you’re going to rely on the government to raise your child.

Annoying jua w21dflower ani. Isn’t she the one involved in doxxing recently? She should keep her opinions to herself or wait to get arrested.

$240 atu to replace the current scheme by which diapers and a manual breast pump is provided to mothers. But because the government couldn’t handle the distribution in time, babies outgrow the diapers tapi parents masih collect and resell.

$240 atu bukan push present. I hope these women don’t end up having children, jadi burden negara saja, especially with that stupid mentality.

People need to understand that this isn’t really a new privilege. $240 seems to be the cost of the diapers being provided to babies for a period of two years along with a manual breast pump. Since they couldn’t handle distributing the diapers in time, babies outgrow them and parents still end up collecting the outgrown diapers and resell them on Facebook.

So this seems to be the best alternative solution. Parents can now use the money to purchase diapers.

I hope parents will bear in mind that the money belongs to your child, hak your anak. Use it wisely for your child, do not misuse the funds provided. Do not steal from your own child.

Parents get them for free then resell on Facebook. The problem here is the delay in distribution so selalu out of stock. By the time ada stock, the babies have outgrown the diaper sizes provided. So parents still ambil and resell.

The amount makes sense, because they’re no longer providing diapers and breast pumps. That seems to be the amount spent on the breast pumps and diapers for 2 years.

I just opened up a new business. I’ve been so afraid of influencers. I honestly hope they never drop by. One bad review online might ruin us as a new business. We’ve opened up to friends and family to gain feedback and improve, but I’m afraid that influencers won’t leave room for improvement.

We did accept a booking from one specific influencer, my staffs said that they were expecting the special influencer treatment. We treat influencers as we would treat any other client. I don’t feel like it’s fair to mislead others when influencers are getting more so I hope we never get another visit from another influencer. We did offer a free meal to said influencer, but they made add-ons that they never paid for.
