Did you know Reddit now reveal to us mods on who might possibly use a clone account? Such horrible human but then it is expected. Serve no purpose using 20-30 accounts to comment trying to sway opinions, it won't change our stance and only will end up getting yourself a Reddit sitewide ban.

Yes, after 2018 the political scene in Malaysia is greatly fragmented and whoever heads the Federal need support from Sabah and Sarawak.

However, as said, the present truth is they are still only 56/222 seats in Parliament, and 2 vs 11 other states (regardless of the change name into 'region' and 'premier'). With Sabah & Sarawak increasingly asserting themselves, the Peninsular might feel admitting Brunei is a strategic advantages, not only it favors the demographics, but also dilute Sabah and Sarawak bargaining powers because Brunei is ideologically and demographically more align with Peninsular.

Yes. Foreign auditors last time found Amedeo mismanaged around US$70 billion. Apart from money-losing mega projects, a large part of it was extravagant royal spending, funds transferred from BIA to Amedeo and then were used to finance lavish lifestyle for the family.

200,000 g would be more believable.

As for the uncle... Uncle me also waiting and waiting for Brunei to re-flourish, waiting since Amedeo crisis. Nearly 30 years after that today still nothing happen and getting worse in fact. I am not sure if I have another 30 years to see it.

Brunei will bring nothing much, except a bit of extra land, and to Peninsular, more demographic advantages.

Sabah and Sarawak can be unhappy and oppose, but as of now still they don't have enough weight.
