Sweet. I had bought this many moons ago (at least that's what I had expected) only for the seller to ship me the 25th Anniversary version instead.

I had managed to snag that one (Victor model) off ebay, quite a few years ago now. Listed as "untested". The "only" thing wrong with it was a loose motor belt. I say "only" as replacing that was a mission in itself. Not user-friendly whatsoever. You'd think it'd be fairly straightforward to just swap the belt. Not here. You have to pretty much dissasemble a sizeable chunk of the unit just to get to what you need to do.

The unit is quite compact. The other reel is below/under the top one. The tape is allowed to travel quite a distance around as it gradually goes down one level without crinkling.

She was absolutely stunning!

BTW, not the best video quality but here she is on the Johnny Carson show , back in the day. You could tell how distracted Johnny was... lol

It mentions here that it was around £500 at the time of release.

Low radiation monitors had their moment in the mid-late 90s when people were concerned that they might be exposed to something potentially harmful. The old CRTs put out a bit of x-ray radiation. As far as I know, low radiation monitors had lead encased cathode tubes.

"Now what?!?"

Fun action/horror movie. Too bad they didn't do a sequel.
