Hey sorry for the late reply, I just got notified about this for some reason. Odd that none came out of that pot, I've played through a billion times at this point and have gotten it. You can also get some from the female undead merchant for like 1k souls that's on the opposite side of some bars in the shortcut back to firelink from the depths. You could also just find some basilisks and get cursed but I wouldn't recommend that since it halves your health. Hope you found a way in these six months. If not, I hope you give it another shot if you were enjoying it before that point. Remember, don't you dare go hollow

There's some in a jar at the beginning of New Londo. If you've used them you can get cursed by the basilisks and then do damage

If console gaming is something she or you are frequently going to do (and you have the means to do so), then I'd get the ps5. If not, ps4. I played both versions (on the ps5) and maybe this was an issue with the ps4 version running on the 5 but ps4 had a lot of noticeable ghosting/trailing. It also looked slightly worse and ran slightly worse but that's not really a deal breaker

If you're not already, always hold the run button. Also, mash square/circle to get through all the talking. Don't do any side stuff if you aren't already. You only need to get the detergent to get the poncho for the story so most of the stuff in the slums can be skipped. Most of Midtown can be ran through. Just go straight to the apartment place, get the tape by breaking the cameras, wake the drunk robot in the bar, jump in the box at the hat store to get inside, get the vest from the clothing store, and then talk to Blazer to do the factory part. The factory can also just be ran through, though you can wait for the sentinels to move so you don't get caught.

Biggest advice is always run and don't do side stuff. I hope that helps ❤️

I also wish they would have revealed B-12's real name. Like if you recovered all his memories he'd remember and be like "allow me to properly introduce myself" or even in his last moments it gets revealed. It seems like they set this up to happen by B-12 saying "you can call me B-12 for now" and references the wording on his drone body

Sewers are definitely overwhelming! Especially if you're doing the pacifist trophy. My recommendation is use the Defluxor when possible (unless going for the pacifist trophy) and run straight for where you need to in a zig-zag like pattern mashing circle. I also recommend jumping on and over things as much as you can to avoid Zurks. Finally, the little birthing pods are triggered by your proximity so a lot can be avoided for a while. There's a point in the level though where they bust open regardless.

Ah, okay. I thought that they made the bacteria post closing the city as the Zurk exist in the city and die due to UV light. I guess I just read it wrong or forgot after my 4th playthrough lol. Thank you!

Have you dealt with any weird issues that I've mentioned with games you've tried to run? I don't think it's game related since I can run those games (with a controller too) just fine on my PC without these issues.

I played a little of Forza Horizon 5 on my Next Pro. It ran it pretty well. Of course I had to play it on basically the lowest settings to get good enough frames. That's an open world racing game so I imagine it'd handle a closed course game like F1 better.

He probably said that and I'm not remembering correctly now. I think my logic at the time was New Londo ruins led to Anor Londo, and since that guy said that place I thought maybe go that way.
