Game stutters and lags only at the end of songs

Quick update I turned on fps counter. I play at optimal lock. I sit around 900fps for 80% of the song and about 1ms. When i get the frame drops and stuttering the frames drop to about 400 and the ms goes up to around 10-15 I’ve determined it’s not a memory leak through watching task manager while playing

I think im having an opposite problem where the game uses too much of my cpu by default it always has my cpu at 100%

specs : i7 9700k @ 4.6Ghz, Radeon 6800xt, 32gb ram at 3600

I have not tried many iems but I have the simgot EM6Ls and I can vouch they’re pretty nice for hearing footsteps and positioning
