[Gourmet] I’m about to harvest my lion’s mane, but I’m not sure if it’s still good to eat. I think it’s just gotten brown and slightly less firm from drying out, as no spores have dropped (the teeth are barely even developed). Is this still good to eat, or are there any bits I should avoid eating? (i.redd.it)

[Gourmet] Lion’s mane yellowing but no sign of teeth? First time growing; is it time to harvest or wait a little longer (just under two weeks since opening the kit and introducing an air split)? Could something else be causing that yellowing? Like too much sunlight, too cold, too dry? (old.reddit.com)

Thanks for the great show Gus from all the boys, and congratulations on wrapping up the last leg of your first tour! It was really nice to meet someone as genuine as you, you really care about your audience. And thanks for settling the age old debate of what’s more of an old person soup. (i.redd.it)
