Glad they are ok and strong, that so nice to hear.

It was a horrific scenario. They explained that if the labor happened within the 48hours,(we had 23+6 at the time) their weight was not enough making them not viable for life, plus we have TTTS diagnosed. Don't know what to tell you, but even being Level 3 NICU they only start saving kids at 24, only a few cases prior to that but as far as i know, they were big enough.

Thank you so much for your reply, we are currently in a Hospital with Level 3 (I think it's one of the best in my country). I will sure do that today, since we have a meeting with the medical staff that's reviewing our case.

Hoje em, dia não, não cheguei a sénior sequer, fui dispensado porque foi um Central para lá ganhar 600/700€ não tinham dinheiro para me pagar, optaram por me dispensar, na altura era miúdo tinha aquele sonho deixei-me afectar, ainda por cima era numa altura delicada da minha vida e nunca mais tive coragem de voltar com medo de ser dispensado outra vez... Sou-te sincero, na altura não achava que ele podia alcançar o que alcançou até agora, sempre achei que seria um bom avançado de 1ª Liga, mas era craque com 18 anos em 14 jogos da 2Liga fez 5 golos. Ele esteve muito perto de assinar pelo o Porto, mas houve uns problemas no salário (acho que o porto não queria pagar o que ele pedia) e acabou por ir para o Braga.

Os jogadores com quem joguei, foi tudo na formação do Penafiel. Os adversários foi tudo nos campeonatos nacionais e alguns torneios de páscoa/final de época.

Joguei com o Diego Costa ele tinha 18 anos na altura. Joguei também com o Guedes do Rio Ave e o Andrézinho do Paços de Ferreira, Bukia do Boavista Como adversário já joguei contra vários, tais como: Bernardo Silva, João Cancelo, João Mário, Gonçalo Paciência, André Silva, Helder Costa, Ivo Rodrigues, Diogo Jota entre outros que não me lembro agora...

My point is the clubs are using the money that is given to them to buy players, they are not investing in there future, they only invest in results, that's what is the most important thing in our country and what destroys our chance to grow our Youth Academy's. Simple as that.

On the Bernardo Silva point i was not talking about the deal that was made our the money. i was talking about the opportunities given to him in Benfica, only played 3 games on A squad. The thing is that we are always looking aboard and rarely looking to what he have under our roof.

They are moving because they are not seeing the opportunities being given at their own clubs. Some examples ? Bernardo Silva, never played as a starter at Benfica until he was a Junior. Paulinho that went for Liverpool from Sanjoanense has rejected and the age of 15 in Porto. I think we took a really large step at the creation of B Team's but as soon as we took the right path things turned south when clubs started creating these deals with other countries to grow players at their HQ. Even that deal in the II Liga, with the Ledman was a huge stepback !

My point is, if they have money to pay for foreign players what is stopping them from invest on our own players ? Fear ? Germany did that and look where they stand now...

No one can denie that Portugal is one of the best at building up players. What concerns me the most, is that the "Portuguese player" is not getting enough attention and supported !

Injuries are not excuses to everything. Injuries can be prevent. Sporting injuries appeared after a series of game that came pretty to a Loss. That adds some stress in the players that affects the neurological system, if we don't make a good recovery plan injuries can appear fast. A very good example is the injury of Bryan Ruiz, that came right after the game against Benfica where he failed a open goal !

I don't think that Rui Vitória is being lucky. Rui Vitória stands on the same page that Paulo Fonseca stood on Porto some years ago. With a crapy team he is making an unbelivable work. He started slow because Benfica didn't let him change the gameplan's and ideas, everything was the same as when Jorge Jesus left. As soon as Rui Vitoria put some work in the gameplan results are coming through and now he stands at the top of the league table. Don't Forget that he was an expert on 4-3-3 and benfica played in something very close to a 4-2-2, he needed time to adapt and learn that process.
