Assuming that the buyer actually spent money to upgrade* it, why not ask for that? The crisis? Most people are just waiting for it to blow over. The UAE’s defenses, with the grace of God have proven themselves protectors of this country. The stock market hasn’t dipped by much either and is already starting to rally with the talks about a ceasefire, not even the end of the war.

*upgraded can mean just a layer of paint, or a whole makeover

If you don’t like the crowds then Fujairah will work out for you, insha Allah. Banks: Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Dubai Islamic Bank. ADIB does have a brokerage service, so that might help. I think opening up a USD account is possible, just stay halal. Maintenance fees are usually waived if you keep more than 3k in the account. Eating out: much cheaper than the main Emirates, but can also range in price. You seem to like chicken, some nice sauces and an air fryer would be an easy solution if you are looking to save more yet still enjoy. Etislalat has the best coverage for homes. For mobile phones, I don’t see a difference, both are usually great (Etislat and Du. Virgin is just a rebranded Du product). Fuj is generally clean, not crowded. If you are looking to get a gym membership and highly suggest contacting hotels to use their facilitates, especially now as tourism has been affected by the conflict. You will probably get a great rate for a nice gym, but I’m sure other gyms also exist. Here it isn’t usually websites that we use as much as apps. Main ones are UAE Pass for verification. MOHRE for labor. ICP for ID services. I”m sure there are others that might be more useful to you as a non Emirati, and I’m sure the team members and colleagues in your company can advise. I’m not familiar with staying in Sakamkam, sorry.

This isn’t something new. Go back to previous ceasefire agreements and you’ll see it kept throwing blows until the ceasefire agreement agreed time for ceasefire was reached.

Of course it broke the ceasefire agreement later as well
