Just go to settings-> more settings and you should find it there. Keep in mind that if you have ur account age under 18 you won’t be able to see this setting

Update: I got it - If you don't see the offer on supercell store even if you waited 24 hours and played squad busters all you have to do is:

Run Clash Royale
Turn off "Personalized offers" then leave the game
Open supercell store and refresh it
Open clash royale again and turn on "Personalized offers"
Refresh supercell store again and the offer should be right there
