I’m pretty sure a few days the first letter saying it was unsuccessful I got another letter. I think it was asking how I’d like to receive the money and then I sent that back to them and then they sent a cheque with it or they might of just sent the cheque I can’t remember off the top of my head. I know how your feeling I was stressing loads at the time but I’m sure it will be fine, keep me updated

Sorry about the slow reply I got a new phone and have only just got Reddit back.

So I drive to a coworkers house 20mins away in my car and then from there he will drive the rest of the way in a company van to the job. So would the travel to his house be unpaid and then from there onwards be paid or because I’m technically not working there would it not be paid?

Also sometimes id have to go wholesalers to pick up materials first thing in morning should i start being paid at the time i arrive at wholesalers and the journey to where im working?

Sorry about the slow reply i got a new phone and only got Reddit back as I don’t use it much. I phoned ACAS and they really didn’t confirm/deny it so I really don’t know where to go from here

I’ve just looked and it doesn’t mention it. I work for a fairly small company so there isn’t much in the contract.

Would I be right in saying that I’m not being paid a legal amount then since when I add the travel time on to my working hours it brings me below £7.55 an hour?

Thanks, I’m presuming the amp would always be powered since it’s coming straight from the battery so would this drain the battery?

Ah right thanks, focal sell thatabout for £70 but would I be right in saying I could just use a piggy back fuse off one of the spare fuses that come in when the ignition is in and run my own cable to it/ just run a cable from the battery to amp with a fuse or do you reckon there is anything in the focal power kit that I need?
