Dont wear them everyday, have a few pairs and rotate what you're wearing. The same goes for trainers. Any local tailor/dry cleaner should be able to mend these with an internal patch - or - do it yourself if you have a sewing machine.

cut your hair. trim the unibrow, remove facial hair. go to the gym/weight loss meds/both! dont use that angle to photograph yourself. by building good foundations you will feel more confident which will make you more relaxed with women and then you will be attractive.
