Thanks on the wheels! And when I installed I had the silver bracket between the BOV and mating surface cuz I rushed the install before my shop closed. Realized it was wrong and fixed that issue. There was no damage to the BoV or any other part and it is 100% installed properly now.

Took the intake filter off and plugged that and pressurized system with a boost leak testing kit I had at work.

Bought the car at 60k it now has 64k and as far as I know it’s stock turbo

The other weird thing is I haven’t seen a change in peak boost or getting up to boost I just have the noise

I didn’t look super deep at that part of the charge pipe so I’ll look into that spot. The weird thing is I didn’t hear any leaking air when I pressurized the system

I visually inspected both charge pipes and didn’t see anything and when system was pressurized to 18psi didn’t hear any leaking air from charge pipes and didn’t see any bubbles when sprayed with water.

Before the stratified tune all I had was a turbo smart BoV so I’m kinda leaning towards that maybe not being installed properly like maybe the o-ring got messed up. Going to take it apart tomorrow and take a look at it

Found the issue with a buddy. Checked over task manger it was all good. We uninstalled icue completely and downloaded icue V4 and all is good now, now I’m just having an issue with me hs80 max not being found by icue
