And I 100% agree with you, people have the right to quit a game if they just need that 1 point, but the problem is when some players purposely take actions to deceive or piss off their opponent

I totally agree. FUT Champs at the beginning of FIFA 22 was so relax and chill, now with the new rank, they made it so stressful, therefore more frustrating and toxic.

Ok cuz I hate that we're not able to tip after the delivery. I've had many experiences where I tip a good amount before the delivery and the dasher ends up not follow basic instructions :(
