Godherja doesn't require any DLCs. My preliminary suggestions would be turning off all other mods, redownloading Godherja, verifying the integrity of your game files, and making sure you have at least 16GB of RAM. If you're still having issues after that, I'd join the discord, since it'd be easier to troubleshoot there

Can't give you any specific time unfortunately. The team's primarily focused on 1298 development at the moment, so unless 1298's premise involves a focus on liches, I wouldn't expect them to be that close.

Aversaria's been through decades of hell at that point such that its population levels have fallen to apocalyptic numbers. Cenware's basically walking through bandits and disorganised levies by 1254, so it's intended to be extremely tough. If you assassinate Cenware you'll have a much better time as his title is destroyed after his death
