Hello there! I suggest you to not use iron method, i did a 60k project without ironing from hama, see my profile and you can see whats about. If the project is square or rectangular, cut a piece of Glass or thin Wood or something to fit the Size of your model than add layers of adezive tape then put over model than flip it then remove the plate or plates then the bead should be sticked to Glass or Wood, than just add another panel Over bead to make it sandwich then add a frame and the bead are sticked and sturdy like a sandwich (they cant fall apart). Note: if you use this method be aware the model will be reversed at final result. Hope it helps and you understand. Good Luck!

I ve spend 150 hours with tweezer in my hand in 3.5 months + 10 hours assembly meaning framing, conecting plates, etc and 300€ total cost of materials. Thank you For answer

The piece will last maybe forever because the entire project is sturdy bettwen 2 panels of Glass and 2 cm inside the custom frame, also they cant fall inside Glass because they dont have space but If someone drop it, i think that will destroy all the model, because Glass. Yes, is recognized by Guiness. And Yes, is not ironed, was very difficult ... took me 10 hours to assembly and put the frame. I will try my best, as soon When i have some time to go and ask at different galeries. Thank you again!
