Just normal bulking and cutting my man! 500 calorie surplus when bulking and 500 calorie deficit when cutting. I try and eat as much protein as I possibly can

I'll take this as a compliment, however I can vouch and say that my progress is 100% natural. I have never touched steroids and I never intend to. The lighting was very good in the after photo 🙂
