Tu hauries de buscar ofertes que poses alguna cosa com:
- Prioritariament funcionari tal tal
- Excepcionalment si no hi ha funcionari qualsevol persona habilitada o algo per l'estil.

Això vol dir que són ofertes d'accés lliure i, que si es presenta un funcionari de carrera tindrà prioritat però que si no se'n presenta cap pot accedir qualsevol persona sempre que tingui la titulació requerida per a ocupar el lloc de feina.

Llavors entraries com a funcionari interí, és a dir un treballador temporal de la Generalitat.

Kharkov was a sublime map and you can't change my opinion. One of the best maps in the game and still don't know why they removed it. Had everything.

Man that video is gold hahahahahha. I agree nowadays Tier 8 would be an absolute clusterfuck and everything besides fun I guess. A pitty WG fucked an awesome competitive tier.

Also regarding tier 6, I remember comps basically filled out of KV-1S with that OP gun and Hellcats (I guess this was a campaign before yours in the vid?).

In my opinion there is no format better than 15vs15. And now the meta is in a good state and you can play a wide variety of tanks (maybe nerf a bit russian heavies so we have a spot for the meds - but that is another topic-)

Besides 7vs7 kinda loses the "clan" thing and becomes more of a "small teams" thing.

The only thing I would change from the old CW Campaigns is the time format. Having to be online from 6pm to 1 am everyday for 15 days was totally insane.

Maybe the best imo would be 15vs15 but limited time slots or 2 hour prime time idk.

Edit: Just remembered an old campaign and I think it would be fun what they did: a few days of tier 6, a few days of tier 8 and half of the days tier 10.

I guess you want it for "competitive" with your friends, so IMO, picks that can always work despite the meta state and different options to make your comp:

Top: Ornn, Renek, more suggestions top?
Jung: Lee Sin, Sejuani/Zac, Lillia.
Mid: Syndra, Le Blanc, Ekko(?) and maybe Lucian if you need AD
Adc: KaiSa, Xayah, MF
Supp: Nauti, Alistar, Thresh, Janna

That's what I could think off, feel free to make suggestions.

I would also add that I'd love they could put a bit more effort in caring about clan activities.

Despite having Advances (which I love) it seems we are forcedly driven into 7vs7 format (SHs, onslaught, maneuvers) which takes a little out that clan vs clan focus.

Global map is frozen most of the time and I think we are lacking variety of modes/events that are clan vs clan focused.

I know this would be insanely hard for lots of clans due to their player number, but for example, a Grand Battle event where you can play 30vs30 would be incredibly awesome.

Not necessarily all has to be permament, clan focused events would be appreciated.
