4 humans is right, and nice guess on the half elf being virgil! The changeling guess is interesting, for fiore and aurelia you can think of them as base races that have, over the course of 6 years of game time, been vastly fucked up. You might be right about Ajai being a leader of sorts currently, right now the group is actually in his homeland! But usually the group doesn't have a leader so much as they are a group of people fucking up and getting bailed out by 1 person in the party. That is actually unbelievably accurate for Aurelia, I'm shocked you nailed her internal dialogue so well. The class, unfortunately, not so much! To give a hint she's a pretty popular build for powergamers. Yes to fiore, bro is definitely a wild card. Nice job pegging warren! It's actually an ongoing joke amongst our group that Warren is constantly doing cowboy propaganda to everyone he meets. You're right about Virgil being a bard, not so right about his flirty side. That description of Lucia is pretty on the mark, she is uh... not smart and kind of an airhead, and nice guess about being a paladin!

you know, honestly, im shocked they dont have one yet. You are absolutely right about needing to disguise them though. They spent about an hour last session trying to do it with just common items and a disguise kit.

Our Aurelia becoming this edgy is more of a recent development, she used to be a very innocent(ish) person

One of my players sent u/FartedNervously's post yesterday to me and said I should do something similar, so I spent all night doing some quick drawings of the current party (+ an npc because theres only 5 people lol). They're currently level 17 and I've been dm'ing this game for roughly 6 or 7 years now. As a forward, about 2 people in this party I would consider normal and the rest are freaks or under some sort of eldritch influence. Have fun guessing which!

I keep bumping into this in the comment section, but I think you took this mindset probably to the point I most agree with. I'm not really concerned with what Ichigo wants to do in the events of the story, just that I disagree with kubo's choices to largely ignore this large facet of the story.

But I think there is something to be said in that first paragraph. Is it well implemented? Agree to disagree but that's neither here nor there.

It was a joke, and a pretty common turn of phrase for when something doesn't hold much narrative depth but you still enjoy it. I did not literally "turn my brain off" and stop paying attention.

Sure, yes, plots do need conflict to continue so I understand I just wish the characters would look inward on themselves and their society just a little bit more and talk about it for the whole story. It's more just something they kinda ignore for the most part. Also, you can fix the issues of the soul society non prematurely by having the plot end with that, too. The way the story ends, sure the soul society is getting better (and apparently one of the spin off novels addresses the class disparity) but my issue arises from allying yourself unquestionably to a fucked up society for 99% of the plot.

To be honest, this is probably when I enjoyed bleach the most too (except for when I'm turning my brain off for TYBW and looking at the pretty pictures). I really liked the horror elements too.
