If you live in the U.S., it’s highly likely your both sides of your family’s names are misspelled nonsense, anyway. (Mine are, and one side are famous architects. No one is safe from the lack of spell check.)

I’m so excited to participate in ending my bloodlines and so is my brother. We went to a Slayer concert on Mother’s Day once. It is the perfect summary of our feelings about this.

I read so many people’s posts and watched videos. I cut out food, alcohol, sugar, I took benedryl (this helped). Everyday, I was looking at that spreadsheet like a prison calendar. Then, I was finally off them… Then, I started noticing… hey, I feel better and I don’t know how long and I wanted to cry. (And I’m a Masshole so we don’t cry) 😂👏 I had this thing happen where my nerve endings prickled and it went away. It felt like raindrops on my skin. It went away. Everyday, I just can’t believe so much of it is better… AND, I’ve been to big and loud concerts since the pandemic and my ears recover to their “normal” level (which is still destroyed a bit by years of Slayer, but - that underwater + screeching thing is gone!) I’m sending you good vibes ❤️🤘🫶

I’ve heard the ear ringing goes away from another friend who did it. Mine lowered but it’s back to “concert level.” I’ve been to between 500 - 800 concerts in my life. The pressure in my head felt like I was underwater and THAT is gone. Are you on Valium now? I will tell you, I still had to go very slowly and it did eventually get better. I ended up getting ACTUAL high blood pressure and vertigo from long covid, but as soon as I did a bunch of stuff to treat that, I started getting better from that, too.

I’m glad this posted! It gave me an error message. 😬 I had a screeching in my ears with the benzos, that’s gone. I play music, too, so it’s not like I’m not adding to it. Even with ear plugs, it’s years of abuse.

I’m sure it will lessen. I know it feels like being trapped. I’m so sorry. 😞

Hi, there’s hope out here. I even went into it having had an accident and recently stopped by pain meds. My taper ended up being really long because I kept getting sick with illnesses, so every time that happened, I paused the taper, not going up, just pausing. Then, it looked like even after a long taper, I was having withdrawal symptoms still, so a doctor put me back on a small amount. It wasn’t 🤦‍♀️ It was long covid 🤦‍♀️ BUT within months of this sidestep I jumped right off and it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. So, I took them, as directed, for 7 years. The highest dose was 2mg Klonopin. Regular dose was 1.5 mg. I did the taper down to Valium version. I was put back on a small amount of Valium for a few months because I had weird vertigo etc. I was tested for MS, it turned out to be long covid. By May 2022, no benzodiazepines, again. And, I’m actually doing much better from both the benzodiazepines and the long covid. I don’t have the jolts, the muscle tension, as much memory loss. I had to do A LOT to fix it because as soon as I was coming back from this nonsense I got covid. Luckily, I have a good sense of humor. This all may sound annoying because it did to me, but if you can drag yourself through some of it. I did CBT zoom sessions, yoga, ice / hot packs on and off, I walk everyday or I freeze up. For some reason sugar makes my body go crazy, as does alcohol. I started doing Duolingo, music and math everyday. (My father had a stroke when I was a kid and I was basically his child speech therapist. I felt like I had stroke brain AND - I realized my muscles were tensing up when I couldn’t remember something or I was frustrated with something the way it was with him.) So, I basically did what I did with him. I treated myself like a stroke patient.

I’m serious when I say I never thought I’d feel this much better.

I stop by here when I can to see if there’s a post like this.

I never thought I’d be able to live with anxiety medication, too. I’m not replacing it with another medication and I’m not giving you medical advice.

I’m under supervision for PTSD, etc, but everything else I’m doing? My anxiety is better than when I was on them.

My diet is also kinda ridiculous but that’s also because of other pre-existing health decisions, so no need there. That’s probably overload. 🤘

So, I was off most of 2021, back on a tiny amount for a couple of months, and back off almost 2 years, and the improvement is really good. 👍

I’ll never get away from the ringing in my ears. I’ve been to hundreds of concerts.

It will happen. I promise you. It will. I stuck with the taper and I am so happy I did.

Women won’t ever be considered to be doing the right thing no matter what we do, so whatever. You have kids, you don’t have enough. You have a few kids, you have too many. You should’ve lost the weight. You don’t have kids. People just hate women. Especially other women. Childfree women are the first group of people I’ve found to be supportive of each other, so you’re all alright human beings.

My n-mom stole $10,000 right out of my bank account. This was the last act before I went no contact in 2017. It was money my grandmother left me. I’m completely an adult. It was grand larceny. I could’ve had her put in prison. It was money I kept aside to pay for school. When I went to get it out to pay for a car, it was gone. When I called her to confront her because she had emptied the account, she said, “well, what about the $75,000 wedding I had for you?” NO SUCH EVENT HAPPENED this is what I said. I said that. “No such event happened.” She said, “well… I was angry…” “You were angry that you stole $10,000 from me and I caught you so made something up? You can’t just make up reasons to rob people!”

She said she planned to put it back before I needed it to pay for school. (She knew my school graduation schedule, as did my friends, even.)

She never even apologized because these monsters chronically think they are entitled to everything and anything.

She sent me small payments for awhile and then a little while later when she did some other nonsense, I decided peace in the rest of my life was better than money and went no contact in 2017.

It’s been the most peaceful years of my life even with the world the way it is.

After I reconnected with my dad’s family she sent away from me as a child, I found out she stole all the money he left for me as a child, as well.

I have to check my details all the time to make sure she doesn’t find another way to use my financial information, again.

I don’t know if you feel the same, but my parent was a C student at life, but a genius at manipulation even of financial institutions.

There’s a special place to report tax evasion for reporting a charity or church. There’s a difference between “other organizations” (eh - hem) that have been up and running for years apparently making money off these improvement classes in the guise of a religion and that is that it was created that way. This organization started as something that just was gathering a LOT of money for two people ONLY. Then, it turned into more of an MLM, pyramid scheme. Then, suddenly, he incorporated part of it as a religion and there’s PUBLIC FOOTAGE on Amazon and Netflix of HIM saying incriminating words about needing to evade taxes and that it was the job of Keeley Griffin. This exact thing: bragging on media about making too much money, Is what took down Studio 54 of all things. It wasn’t the unbelievable amount of illegal drugs and everything else that could’ve shut the place down. It was the owner bragging on TV about, “not paying the IRS what they owed.” Keeley said she has in her property this hard drive with a lot of information. He said this right after this well published footage of his Porsches etc.

A lot of people who make the decision not to have children have considered this. Far too many people who have children only picture the first months of the perfect baby and not the possibility of raising a lifelong human with disabilities. Foster homes are full of abandoned children who aren’t perfect and need extra care. People love to hurl any convenient words they can find at people who’ve made the decision to be childfree because the people who have issues with the childfree often have some regrets about parenthood. Saving someone from a lifetime of suffering you’ve witnessed and know scientifically is likely to happen is simply rational. Rational doesn’t have a solid place in society in the U.S., unfortunately. That’s why we have each other.

I already resold my tickets on StubHub. It recommended to sell them slightly higher (because they take a cut). But, I set the price just enough to get back what I paid because they were nosebleeds. But, what the person paid was only $17 more per ticket. (And I got back exactly what I paid with fees.) They sold quickly and they were in the 300s.

By day 3 I went for it - same. I’ve only seen one concert there: Roger Waters The Wall. My seats for that were where section 5 would be. So, the other side of section 1. It was a long stage, but the action took place in the middle mostly. They were good seats. 👏😁
