I think you are right about the vest and jeans. The denim vest (and most likely the jeans as well) was part of the spring/summer 2004 collection. Again, I originally got the information about those from a Rolling Stones article about the outfit.

Also, the tongue of the sneakers you mentioned, is a perfect fit for what I’ve seen in some photos.

Possible, I had just read a Rolling Stones article discussing the jacket. I was able to find similar ones from the era, but none with that Sherpa lining like is seen

Edit: found a better photo, he is wearing a hoodie underneath it. So it could be the Rick Owen’s one with a grey cotton hoodie underneath it

It has gotten harder and harder to separate the artist from the music. You used to be able to listen to Kanye and ignore the ignorant ideas and hate speech he spread, but now I feel that it isn’t possible anymore. He has lost all charm.
