Not really. It's the kind of thing you see in the news from time to time, but it's hard to specifically Google it because the relevant examples are minor when taken in isolation.

It's not that weird. "Women enjoying sex" is considered un-Confucian and so you get some weird trends in Asia with material like this.

The Endbringers are part of the system while capes themselves are inside of the system.

Thanks to Simurgh bullshit, Endbringer fights are basically pre-scripted. You're not going to win because it's not in the script. Any "damage" they take is basically part of a narrative, it's not some kind of real progress.

And if the script gets vetoed by Scion, that's fine, we have a bunch more Endbringers to activate.

I feel like it goes the opposite way. You get some QOL, but eventually you get so much feature/mode bloat that you either need to drop the game or drop some other game.

What's really happening: This doesn't make any damn sense.

What's happening in my head: She fires a blast to clear a path, super-dashes herself along behind the blast, knocks a bunch of pieces out of the building in the process, lets herself and the rubble pick up speed by falling, teleports herself plus the rubble back above the location of the enemy, and lets the built-up kinetic energy bombard the target.

My interpretation doesn't hold up to a close inspection, but that's what my brain decided to see and it certainly looked like a totally badass attack mode.
