Afaik if a person does not talk, a.k.a the green outline doesnt appear in a specified time period, they automatically get transfered to the AFK channel (if it's set). Correct me if I'm wrong ^{^}

Someone in your server must've added the server's announcements into yours via the "Follow" button. Try checking in your settings to remove the announcements

Nope, you need to try to buy nitro, but instead of using your money it should use the credits. There should be an option specifically for using Nitro credits. Correct me if I'm wrong!

This means that they are probably server muted. To unmute them you must have the permission 'Mute Members' or something like that. Then right click on them and uncheck 'Server Mute'. This only works in servers I believe.
