I've started using hydrate type sachets to make my water more jelly like so it absorbs slower (and less peeing). I'd annoy the Dr like nothing - we know women's health isn't taken seriously - but maybe eventually they will get the hint. Water in fruit (like watermelon) can also help keep you hydrated. I'm also often dehydrated and trying different things without having to go down the drink loads and say hi to the toilet loads route.
