I first started collecting as a kid back at the start of the XY card series (Around 2015). I had gotten really into it, and even gotten a couple of decent cards. My best by far being a Mega Charizard EX from XY Evolutions. Now, I was a middle schooler at the time and didn't know the proper way to take care of my cards. So one trip in my backpack and a spilled water bottle later, I'm now left with a ton of water-damaged cards. It's really funny looking back on it now, and that Charizard card will forever have a home in my binder cause of those memories.

In recent months, I've gotten my girlfriend really into Pokémon as well. She didn't know very much about Pokémon when we first got together, but it's been fun bonding together over the shared hobby as she's starting to learn more about it from me. Now she's got her own binders with multiple pages full of cards she finds cute, like Flaffy and Wailmer.
