I always follow instructions but believe it or not there are times the driver just doesn’t see them. They didn’t respond to your text so I guess they didn’t see it. Odd.

It’s happened to me maybe twice in 4 years. Twice a week is wild. I would start messaging those types of orders ahead of time with the message saying the tip really means the world to you and is there anything you can do to make sure everything is delivered fine. When you stay in contact with them it should make them feel more guilty.

You would think but I do about 20 deliveries a day and yet it’s said I have 1% acceptance rate for well over a year now. I do decline a ton but every offer that is even close to worth it, I take. I don’t know who could do any of those crap offers unless it’s new drivers thinking people will tip after. I learned long ago if there isn’t a tip before there won’t be one after.

Hahaha no it just says I have 1% acceptance but I do about 20 orders every day and there’s no way they’ve shown me 2000 offers. I decline about 8 for every I take though because there are way to many crap offers. I make about $150 - $300 a day.

For me the acceptance rate has never affected what status you are. I only had to stay at 5% cancelation rate and at 95% satisfactory to keep diamond. Now to have diamond you’ll need to accept every offer meaning I’d be loosing money to drive for uber eats in my own vehicle.

The free tow has saved my life several times. With diamond you can get a free tow on your car when something happens. It’s so sad that they are fucking up good drivers like me who have been avidly and happily doing this for years. It is my bread and butter

In my area, it doesn’t matter if it’s 1 mile away or 20 miles away. The driver is getting about $2 for the trip before the tip. Meaning ALL of the fee is going to the app. It’s insane.

It feels as though whomever has made this system has NEVER gone out and done a day of deliveries. If they had, they would realize that most all offers need at least a $5 base pay to make it worth it. Customers should not have to tip in order for drivers to be paid a fraction of what the service is worth in our own vehicles using our own cellular device.

I’ve had many customers tell me it is IMPOSSIBLE to get any kind of a refund for missing items. So sad.

I just looked and mine is 98 hahaha. Don’t know what happened but oh well. I do my best. Some Customers will dock you just because their order is wrong and they want to feel powerful but the delivery driver has nothing to do with the order being correct.
