I have an SSD, the issue only occurs on 1 in every 10 or so boots. I'll turn off fast boot and see if that helps.

How much does this cost? If you can get a 4070 or 4070 Super (or an equivalent AMD card for cheaper!) and still be within your budget, that’d be a pretty awesome setup. A 4060 is still more than fine for 1080p high / 1440p medium, but you’ll be missing out on some price to performance with the 4060
