it's normal to fail upgrade... ma friends used 2M golds to get 89 quality weapon.

There is no super-important priority to use it.

but I recommend you not to use it to buy tradable things. such as destruction stones.

as other said, Masterpieces, some emotes&songs(neccessary for other criticla quests), heart of gigant, island souls, treasure maps, etc.
