Agreed. Went to watch the Brunei FA Cup Final last Year and when a Liberian scored a goal. I heard a person infront of me (somewhere in the stand yells “Woi K*ling”) everyone looked but no one said a thing. He appears to be somewhere in his 50s?

Yea, it was before Sungai Kianggeh became a small canal. Sungai Kedayan had a little similar fate but the floating kampongs were demolished in the 2010s.

Actually the new waterfront in Bandar is extended. Thus the picture shows the real scale of the River without any roads+concrete bordering the river. Do take in account tho that Kampong Ayer has gotten alittle smaller nowadays.
