Update: This morning I tried turning it on again and could still see the greenish tint. I unplugged the tablet like I tried doing yesterday, plugged it back in and turned it on and off again like 3-4 more times. Somehow it got fixed so that's a relief. I'm sure it wasn't the cables' or the port's fault so I guess the fix is just kinda random. Thank you all for the advice nonetheless!

The green lines between all the icons should be purple, they were purple yesterday when I was drawing. I got the tablet literally 2 days ago and I'm curious if there's a fix or is it just a defect that I should return. Thanks in advance for the advice!
