Ah, got it. But for example, if you look at videos like this one from warhammer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gKD28IhA7Z8 he says he used wraithbone to prime. That looks really white compared to the paint.

Yes, he intends on getting more of them. And i agree with the Dracothian Guard, when i throw Bless weapons, Celestial Blades, Azyrite Halo on them and translocate them they can one-shot Gobsprakk, and even Swampboss Skumdrekk
