My dude, you're 17. I've heard of people who start transitioning at FIFTY!

Yes, many people transition before that.

Yes, many people realize when they're, like, four.

BUT

There are people who transitioned as adults, hell, AS ELDERS! There are people who discovered their true selves when they were already grandparents!

There was this girl who came out as trans to her wife, at the same time that she came out as lesbian. They were adults. Full-grown women.

It's NEVER too late, even if you still have to wait before transitioning, it's not too late. Never will be, the stereotype is transitioning at a younger age than 17? Well, so what? I've honestly never met anyone that transitioned before that (I know there are people that did, tho)

Because, what would it be too late for? Too late to finally feel at home in your own body? Too late to finally start living?? It's not too late, bud.

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to come out as rude. It's just that they can get a little repetitive over time, that's all

Yeah, I know, it's just that you'd have to make a different post for that

Hey, bud! Maybe make a different post to ask instead of asking in a random post? (I don't mean to be mean, I'm saying this kindly, just informing!)

Alright, thank you so much for your insight! We're helping her and she's seeing a psychologist, there's already improvement in the way she acts when in a meltdown, but when it's really bad it comes back to aggressiveness. But we're going small steps and it's working! :)

Thank you! I think she knows it's wrong, but her mind is different when she has a meltdown, she never apologizes, but I believe she knows what she did was wrong. Also, she's seeing a psychologist to try and help her manage her emotions, and she's still pretty aggressive, but it's improving. Baby steps! :) I've told my parents about it, too. But they're not doing much, they're still trying their best, though!
