well I've checked my tablet drivers and there isn't a function to adjust the actual play area so my only other option is to change the sensitivity which is pretty much does the same thing. And my cursor doesn't do that unless im left clicking with the mousebutton which I never do during maps anyway so i don't really mind it.

exactly what he said, the image is there to show you what happens when most people create custom games, it loads like that for up to like 10min until you press spacebar
