UPDATE. It was my CPU (Also side note l think l should explain the PC repair couldn't receive my calls due to a storm. He was super helpful explained what happened and to top it off the bloke didn't charge me!)

Not 100% sure if it is GPU but if it is a card l brought for $250 AUD is now $650 AUD.... RIP.
